Who makes it

Furolog is designed and built by Nimikko Inc. in Tokyo. The same people who write the code write the blog, sign off on the copy, and bathe with the app on their own wrists.

There is no editorial staff and no sponsored content. When we mention a watch model, a sauna, or a study, it is because we tried it or read it.

How the blog is written

Every post starts with a question people actually search for, and answers it as precisely as we can. Apple's guidance is quoted exactly, our own experience is labelled as experience, and the decision stays with you.

Posts about heart rate, heat, alcohol, or medication describe what the numbers mean and where the limits are. They are not medical advice. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects your heart or blood pressure, ask your doctor before you sauna.

Corrections and contact

If a post is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and note the update on the page. The studio site has a contact form, and App Store reviews reach us too.
